CRA Construction LLC ("CRA," "we," "us") builds custom homes in central Arkansas. This policy explains what information we collect from homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and job applicants, how we use it, and how you can control it.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us directly. Depending on how you reach out, that may include:
- Your name, company name, phone number, and email address
- Your trade or line of work, service area, crew size, and years of experience
- Business license and insurance details, and photos you choose to upload, such as a business card, license, or certificate of insurance
- Pricing information you choose to share
- Anything you type into a message or notes field
We do not buy contact lists, and we do not collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or payment card details through this website.
How we use it
- To contact you about building, bidding, or supplying work
- To keep a record of the subcontractors and vendors we work with, including notes and job performance
- To verify that a subcontractor's license and insurance are current
- To answer questions you send us
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example, our website host, our email provider, and our text messaging provider — and only to the extent they need it to do that job. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Text messaging
If you check the box asking us to text you, you are giving express written consent to receive SMS text messages from CRA Construction about work opportunities. Consent is not a condition of doing business with us — you will be added to our subcontractor and vendor list either way, and you can still leave the box unchecked and simply get a phone call instead.
No sharing of opt-in data
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies and depends on how often we have work in your trade. Message and data rates may apply. CRA Construction does not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier may.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages. You can also call or email us and we will remove you. Reply HELP to any message for help, or reach us at the number below.
Carrier liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How long we keep it
We keep subcontractor and vendor records for as long as you may be someone we would call for work. Ask us to delete your record at any time and we will remove it.
Your choices
- Ask us what we have on file for you
- Ask us to correct it
- Ask us to delete it
- Withdraw your consent to text messages at any time, as described above
Just call or email — there is no form to fill out.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
